Industrial floors should have an appropriate flatness in order to provide a suitable surface for the operation of material handling equipment and appropriate levelness to ensure that the building as a whole, with all its static & mobile equipments (e.g. mobile partitions, racks, shelving, etc.) can function satisfactorily. NOTE: F-Number system and TR34 rely on the same basic properties of flatness and levelness. However, methodology of measurement is different. Hence, specifications should be selected by flooring expert after reviewing customer requirements.
